If you're requesting a change to, or to cancel an existing policy serviced by our agency, please note that no changes will take effect until the request is submitted to the insurance company and it is accepted by the insurance company. If you wish to cancel a policy, delete any coverages, change ownership or beneficiaries, we must received a signed and dated request. If the insurance company requires any additional forms to be signed, include your email address so we can email these to you. If we don't receive an email address, we will mail one to you. You can fax this to us at 843-556-0909. Please include your policy number and the date you wish the policy to be cancelled.
